This week, we are extremely excited to announce the next evolution of our platform — MATRIXX Dynamic Billing. Over the years, we have received consistent input from our customer base to extend the footprint of MATRIXX to cover a larger swath of billing functionality beyond rating and charging. And we’ve been steadily adding and enhancing the platform with billing-related features such as subscription management, bill cycle management, re-rating and more. With Dynamic Billing, which is expected to be released for general availability later this year, the footprint will be fully “billing-ready,” including bill calculation, bill generation and invoice rendering.

Building on our patented innovations in real-time rating and charging, MATRIXX Dynamic Billing incorporates high-performance billing and invoicing on the same platform so that our customers have a path to simplifying billing operations by extending MATRIXX to manage the full revenue management lifecycle. Our goal is that through simplification and rationalization, we can help alleviate the burden of costly legacy billing systems, deliver financial precision to your business, reduce the complexity of billing audit and reconciliation, and enhance your end customer experiences with a complete, accurate view of spending and billing information at all times.

With the release of MATRIXX Dynamic Billing, our customers will be able to use the MATRIXX platform to manage pricing, charging and revenue data across every stage of the billing journey — from quote and order to consumption, charging, invoicing and payments. We are working with a handful of customers who have joined a pilot program to provide input and feedback ahead of general availability.
