Supported a staged migration of ~20 million active prepaid subscribers, and ran integrated campaigns to reactivate inactive subscribers, resulting in significant new top-ups and re-engagement
Launched a Kafka-based offline CDR ingestion engine, supporting unified online and offline charging for improved revenue accuracy and speed
Implemented TM Forum APIs as part of the digital transformation program
