As Chief Financial Officer, Eric Carlson is responsible for MATRIXX’s financial operations and strategy. With over 30 years of corporate finance experience leading both startup and public companies to their next level of growth, Eric has participated in numerous public and private financings and corporate M&A transactions. His background has primarily been centered at the intersection of networking, the Internet of Things and health information services.
Prior to joining MATRIXX, Eric was the CFO at Arine, Inc., the market leader in comprehensive medication management, and Twin Health, the creator of the Whole Body Digital Twin. In earlier roles, Eric held senior finance positions with Cisco System, Seagate Technology and numerous Silicon Valley startups, including Redback Networks, Infoblox and Jasper Technologies. In addition, he is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
