As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Leah Maher is responsible for the company’s global legal function. With over 30 years of experience in delivering legal advice to both private and public companies in the telecom, cloud and networking space, Leah has led IPO filings, closed commercial transactions, M&A deals and subsequent integrations around the world.
Prior to joining MATRIXX, Leah was the General Counsel and COO for MobiledgeX, an edge computing company that was acquired by Google. Previously, Leah served as General Counsel for Joyent, Force10 Networks and SpectraLink, and held senior roles at Ericsson, American Tower and PictureTel. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College in Economics and Government and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron.
