Malcolm Dunn, Vice President of Global Delivery, successfully manages teams deploying and expanding the MATRIXX footprint in major telecommunication companies globally. His background in senior IT management, business development and consulting roles within the telecommunications sector for over 27 years has contributed to his success in driving the continuous improvement in software delivery and development processes.
While serving as CIO for Vodafone UK, Malcolm successfully transformed the BSS ecosystem, enabling massive expansion of consumer and enterprise business. He also led the development of in-house prepaid, provisioning, rating and interconnect billing systems for the network division. He has held executive positions with Portal Software as VP of Telecommunications, led an Amdocs business unit, held a global software sales role in Ericsson and created a telco consulting practice at EDS and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
