As Chief Human Resources Officer, Rohit Malik is responsible for MATRIXX’s people strategy. With over 20 years of global human resources experience and having led large teams across the US, Europe and Asia, Rohit is an accomplished leader and has helped scale large international organizations in healthcare, technology and services.
Rohit was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources at R1 RCM, an industry leader in end-to-end revenue cycle management services. With a presence in the US, India and Philippines, R1 serves some of the largest US Healthcare Systems. Prior to joining R1, Rohit served as the International HR Leader for Uptake Technologies, an industry forerunner in industrial artificial intelligence and IoT. In earlier roles, Rohit held several leadership positions in talent management and business HR with Alight Solutions and Aon Corporation. In addition, he is a postgraduate in HR and holds a Bachelors in Arts and Hospitality.
