Test Course

Prerequisites: Functional Introduction – FI01w, Technical Introduction – TI01w
Duration: Two Days
There are several advanced activities that operations staff must carry out on a MATRIXX deployment, and this course covers the most important of them. Reconfiguration of the platform due to upgrades and new requirements from the business team are just a few occasions that advanced skills will be needed.
Following the course, learners can earn the Operations Sage Certification by completing a two-hour skill-based examination that requires a candidate to carry out tasks regularly conducted in real implementations. Also included in the exam are error scenarios where candidates must resolve operational issues.
