Orange Flex launched a digital-first, mobile app-based service in May 2019. The results have been very encouraging:

  • 20% of sign-ups are from existing customer referrals
  • 27% of activations are on eSim
  • 50% of additions are porting in from competitors
  • App Store rating of 4.7 out of 5.0
