Glo Gordon is Chief Executive Officer of MATRIXX. Gordon is an accomplished leader with deep experience and expertise in technology management and sales. She has served on MATRIXX’s Board of Directors since 2018 and was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Uptake, an industry leader in industrial artificial intelligence and IoT. Prior to joining Uptake, Gordon was Global Sales Leader for Cisco’s Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions and Services. Before that, she served as CRO at Jasper, the industry’s leading IoT service platform where she drove hyper-growth in delivering IoT solutions to service providers and enterprises worldwide before the company was acquired by Cisco for $1.4 billion.
Gordon also has extensive experience in the business support systems/operations support systems (BSS/OSS) market, having previously served as Group Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit and in senior leadership roles with enterprise software leaders SAP and PeopleSoft.
MATRIXX Founder and Vice President of Marketing, Jennifer Kyriakakis, brings deep expertise in both telecoms and software with roles ranging from complex systems delivery to technical sales to strategic marketing. Her 20 plus years of experience helping Telcos reinvent themselves has propelled the growth of MATRIXX into markets all over the globe. In 2009, Jennifer co-founded MATRIXX Software with the vision of transforming how Telcos do in business in the digital economy.
Jennifer is a Forbes contributor and is often recognized for her impact on the industry. Some of those acknowledgments include being named Women in IT Entrepreneur of the Year by Information Age, Women to Know in Mobile from Martech Executive, 2017 Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal, Gold Innovator of the Year and Silver Entrepreneur of the Year by Women World Awards and most recently a Women in Business Gold Stevie®. As a panelist and keynote speaker, she has shared her thoughts on the topics of leadership and technology at events including Mobile World Congress, Big Communications Event, TM Forum Live and Telecom Council Mobile Forum.
Milan Parikh brings extensive experience in financial management and business operations. His experience spans a variety of industries including entertainment, wireless communications, Internet and enterprise software. Milan has managed over $250 million in public and private financings and M&A transactions. Prior to joining MATRIXX, Milan was Chief Financial Officer of Fan TV, a provider of next generation entertainment discovery platforms, which was acquired by Rovi Corp. Milan has also held various financial management positions at venture-backed start-ups Vuze, Inc., AlterEgo Networks, Prio, Inc. (acquired by Infospace) and also at publicly-traded companies Pixar Animation Studios and Electronics for Imaging. Milan began his career at Price Waterhouse, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
As Global Chief Technology Officer, Marc Price accelerates MATRIXX Software’s worldwide growth through key software and solutions delivery initiatives. He works closely with the MATRIXX executive leadership, engineering and product management teams to drive industry-leading technology into the market and spearheads strategic engagement with key customers and partners.
With almost thirty years of experience in the telecommunications market, Marc has held pivotal roles during the establishment of the real-time charging model, the changing landscape of digital transformation and the move to hybrid clouds and IoT. Prior to joining MATRIXX, he worked for Openet serving as CTO for the Americas where he led initiatives for software development, systems consulting and business development.
As MATRIXX Software’s Chief Customer Officer, Bill Highstreet works directly with our customers to strengthen our partnerships while ensuring that they achieve total success. Bill has immersed himself into Silicon Valley tech, holding key positions with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Juniper Networks. During his tenure, he established strategic delivery models and tracking methodologies that resulted in significant performance improvements. His wealth of knowledge and professional expertise includes finance, IT, warehouse and distribution operations, software operations, service and support, sales administration and re-marketing.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University and accreditations from Northwestern University Executive Programs, including Logistics and Distribution Management and Information Technology and Competitive Advantage.
David Levy has extensive experience delivering enterprise class, high performance, scalable software. Prior to MATRIXX, he worked for over 10 years at Portal Software (acquired by Oracle) as a senior engineering director. He led several of Portal’s largest and most successful billing and charging benchmarks in cooperation with many of the world’s leading communications companies. Before that, he provided technical leadership in the area of performance engineering at the data warehouse software company Red Brick Systems (now part of IBM). David holds a Ph.D in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Damon Wheaton brings over 20 years of experience in the telecom sector managing large program implementations and driving operational success at mobile service providers. At MATRIXX, he’s responsible for exceeding the success requirements for our large customers. Before joining MATRIXX, Damon worked to implement programs at Liberty Global, COLT, Vodafone and Cable & Wireless, and held operational roles at BT and Motorola, managing complex national network rollouts. He’s a specialist program lead in understanding requirements in the OSS/BSS sector and managing multi-disciplinary teams that lead digital transformation. Damon began his career in Deloitte Consulting’s SI group solving complex system migration challenges. He is a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a TMForum Career Certified Business Development Manager qualification.
Vineet Sachdev is a seasoned product management, marketing and pre-sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the telecom and data networking industry. Vineet serves as the Vice President of Product Management at MATRIXX, and has the responsibility to drive overall product strategy and roadmap. Most recently, Vineet was the Vice President of Solutions and Pre-Sales at SS8 Networks where he was a key member of the global executive team selling cyber security and big data analytics solutions to telecom service providers and law enforcement agencies. Previously, Vineet was with N.E.T. (acquired by Sonus Networks) where he managed two distinct product lines in the areas of Session Border Controller and Multi-service Edge Router/Switch. In this role, he developed and managed long-term strategies for those product lines while consistently driving tactical revenue projects worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, India.
Mark Grech has extensive legal expertise in commercial law, corporate compliance and intellectual property. Prior to MATRIXX, Mark was a member of the Legal Department at Oracle Corporation serving as the chief legal counsel for Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit. At Oracle, Mark was lead counsel for numerous complex and strategic license and services transactions and provided legal support for Oracle’s Software-as-a-Service operations. Mark also served as Associate General Counsel for Portal Software. While at Portal, Mark was responsible for managing the commercial law organization, implementing the Company’s corporate compliance and training programs, litigation oversight, managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio and advising the executive management team and board of directors. Mark holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.
Terry Wong brings over 20 years of experience to her role as MATRIXX Software’s Vice President of Human Resources. After attending San Jose State University, Terry developed and sharpened her HR expertise both in small start-ups and larger public companies, including Magma Design Automation and Cepheid. Prior to joining MATRIXX Software, Terry was the first HR professional hired at Nimble Storage. She supported its IPO in 2013, driving the company’s global HR strategy and growing the businesses from 150 employees to over 1,300 in more than 25 countries.
Ali Harfouche is currently MATRIXX Software’s Vice President and Head of Sales for the Middle East and Africa. He is primarily responsible for growing MATRIXX business in the MEA region and helping customers transform successfully to digital operating models using MATRIXX patented technologies.
Ali has over 22 years of experience working with Telecom and software firms. Prior to joining MATRIXX, he worked with Oracle in Dubai where he was responsible for the MEA CGBU sales consulting organization. Ali has also held key positions for seven different Telecom providers in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, providing him the opportunity to work with legacy BSS systems and vendors (NEPs).
He appreciates an operational experience coupled with a vendor experience and considers the cutting edge, digitally enabled, technologies and BSS with MATRIXX to be transformative.
As Vice President and Head of Sales of Europe, André Gunnberg is responsible for helping our European customers transform their businesses into successful digital leaders powered by MATRIXX patented technologies. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the telecom and software industry, André’s depth of knowledge is unparalleled.
André has over 20 years experience from the telecom and software Throughout his career, André has held several senior positions at major telecom companies, including VP Sales of EMEA for Uptake, an industry leader in industrial artificial intelligence and IoT; EMEA Operator of Sales for Cisco IoT Cloud business unit; and Sr. Director of the Global Business Unit of Oracle Communications. André first began his career in the Norwegian Air Force as a telecommunications officer.
John Wilson is Vice President and Head of Sales for MATRIXX Software’s Americas region. A strategic sales leader, Wilson brings 20 years of enterprise software and leadership experience spanning a diverse set of responsibilities and target industries.
John has deep experience in the telecommunications space, with a track record of delivering value to customers through digital transformation. He has had success working for a wide range of notable companies including Vlocity/Salesforce, Veeva Systems, Medidata Solutions, Oracle and Siebel. His work has delivered consistent and impressive business results at the regional, national and global level.
Hong joins MATRIXX with over 18 years of business development and sales leadership experience, especially in Asia Pacific region. Prior to MATRIXX, Hong served as Chief Business Officer leading the global business at Globetouch, a leading Silicon Valley IOT company. Before Globetouch, Hong was at Uptake, an industrial AI software company where he served as VP and Managing Director leading Asia Pacific region. Prior to Uptake, Hong was at Cisco via the Jasper acquisition where he was head of Cisco IOT for the Asia Pacific region. Before Jasper, Hong led global cloud market development at Citrix and he also co-founded OpenClovis funded by AT&T and Intel.
Hong Lu is a well-recognized executive in IOT and AI industry. At Cisco Jasper, he developed Asia Pacific market, grew IOT business to over 100M devices across 25,000 enterprise customers within 5 years including some big Enterprise names such as Tesla, Daimler, SAIC, GM, Ford, Audi/VW, Lenovo, Alibaba, etc as well as 15 major Service Providers across the region.
Hong has BS in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University and MSEE from George Mason University.
Graham Pearce has worked in Technical and Customer Support Services for more than 25 years, 15 in the Communications Industry. Prior to joining MATRIXX, Graham held senior roles in in Portal Software and Oracle providing global support leadership for BSS and SDP products. Graham started his IT career working for the Amdahl Corporation where he provided field support for S370/S390 mainframes and disk subsystems, moving into an Opens Systems support role encompassing Cray and Sun hardware, Solaris, Linux and Windows NT operating systems.
Nicholas Cole has worked in the Communications Industry for over 15 years in various roles in Professional Services and Consulting. Prior to MATRIXX, Nicholas worked for Portal Software (acquired by Oracle) for over 10 years delivering projects from pre-sales activities right through to production deployment as Technical Account Manager and Solution Architect. In Oracle he worked with several Tier 1 operators as Enterprise Architect covering Oracle’s extensive communications software application footprint. As lead Architect Nicholas worked on Oracle Communications Global Business Unit’s largest mobile operator BSS/OSS transformation programme at the time. Nicholas started his career in software with Sybase as Technical Consultant involved with customers in both the Finance and Communications industry. He holds a MA Joint Honours in Computing Science and Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
